When we checked into our room my wife always looks around to see if everything is clean. Checks the bed for hairs , bathroom etc. We found long black hairs all over the bathroom floor. I go down to the desk and tell the clerk about it and she gives me the keys to another room and says it is a different cleaning crew and it would be an upgrade.So we change rooms. So we start the process over again. This time the bed didn’t have a bottom sheet on it. I go back down to the desk again and tell the clerk and she came and put a sheet on the bed. The rest of the stay was uneventful although there was a roach crawling across the dresser top in front of the TV. My wife didn’t see this or she would have freaked out.

The hotel is old and not in the best condition. It was also not the cleanest. I will NEVER revisit.

Old and drab. In need of serious update!

Animal urine smell and stains in hallways and by elevator. Room carpeting filthy. Stains on all furniture. Dog fur on bed comforter. Would no give extra key for family of four. Night person overwhelmed. No help for person in a sold out hotel.

From heck in to check ut no proablems at ll. Would definitely stay there again. Very good location.

It was not bad but it was not as good as I was expected to be the front desk was just fine but not too friemdly. There pool during our stay was so dirty. But the good was they are pet friendly.

Your front desk clerks were fabulous. A special mention about Nina, who went above and beyond to be of help

The hotel was nice as were the pool and hot tub but due to COVID service was very limited.

Tub had rust in it, paint was peeling off the walls and the room had a musty smell. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish everyone that entered wore masks though.
