ROACHES, dozens of them. Changed our room and still had roaches! Very filthy walls, floors and refrigerator. Tv had only one channel and telephone didn’t work. It is not a hotel but a true extended stay apartment for the needy type of place. It was costly so I thought it would be nicer.

The rooms heater was busted so that it was on the entire night. Difficult to sleep. The lights kept flickering like a club with strobes going. The front desk was not willing to work with me and I will not deal with them again.

Enjoyed our stay, didn’t have towels in the room no big deal. Only thing we didn’t like is they don’t take cash anymore. Other then that, very friendly will return again.

The room was booked through Expedia for an out of town guest that was coming into to town due to a death in the family. He was first met at the front seat with rudeness and sarcasm. When I booked the room I was not informed that there would be several issues. The first being that he would not be able to check in because the room was in my name. He had the card, the reservation number and all of the information for the stay. Second, I had to leave my fathers visitation to go to the hotel to get to fix the issues. Upon my arrival I was given MORE attitude and complete lack of compassion or consideration. Because I am local I was told it would be ANOTHER $200 due to living locally and that being their policy. Nowhere was that stated or explained during booking. The person at the desk became extremely rude and insubordinate when we suggested changing the reservation Theo the persons name that was from out of town since not only was it their room but they were also paying. There was no suggestion or offer to try to figure out a suitable Accommodation. Due to the disaster we spent the next 2 hours driving all over Wilmington to find last minute accommodations that allowed a pet and in turn missed my fathers visitation and memorial dinner all together. I will NEVER use Expedia or Suburban Inn again in any location or for any reason.

First of All Front desk guy’s customer service was awesome!!! Upon arrival the cable TV was not working, no remote, the room had a closed in odor but fairly clean

3 hour delay to get the room. Microwave did not work, fowl odor dirty carpets. Overall not cleaned.

no towels, garbage never got picked up, I don’t think anyone worked there other than the front desk..... last time at an extended stay definitely
