Air-conditioning didn’t work in the first room we stayed in we had to get moved to a different room in the different room there was a used spoon on the floor and there was also bugs on the floor and the toilet seat had P on it apparently from the previous person stay there so they didn’t clean the room and this is all during the COVID-19 give me a break this place needs help close down
