It was a nice experience

Decent place but as a gambler use to get free rooms here. New ownership makes the place ok. Haven’t won money here but the overall place is decent.

Wow, not sure how so many people were in one location at the same time. Parking was a nightmare. It was like bees buzzing around looking for someplace to land in the parking lot. So many cars circling, looking, longing. Valet was full and closed. I sensed anger in some of the drivers and their erratic behavior trying to find a spot to park. There was a huge line of people waiting for the elevators to go to their rooms that took at least 15 minutes of waiting. The line for breakfast at the cafe the next morning was impossible, we left and went to McDonald's. First time staying here, definitely turned us off to the possibility of returning. That being said, the river view from the room was fun and the shower was perfect. Mattresses were older and had indents from use, the coffee pot didn't brew anything and water leaked all over, the floor electrical outlet sparked when I plugged something in, wifi was super slow, and my bed sheets had a cigarette burn hole and this was a non-smoking floor. Bonus too-- a drunk gentleman knocked on our door at 6 am waking me up thinking it was his room. Oy!

Nothing like it was advertised. Small TV in room and basically a old bldg. bathroom shower is small and you can hear the water pipes. This was suppose to be the nicest hotel in Laughlin, hmmm wonder what the other hotels are like.

We requested a non smoking room and they did not accommodate and then I asked for an extra blanket they said they had none. Not pleased with them at all.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the blankets felt as if they had rocks in them. Trying to get to and from our room was very inconvenient also, having to wait in a very long line was ridiculous. I don't know if all elevators were working. Other then that the hotel and casino itself were beautiful.

Service was aweful and room was dirty

The view from the river was amazing. That was the best part of this day. However the curtains did not shut completely causing the sunlight from the morning to beam directly onto my bed waking me from my sleep. The hotel rooms are extremely outdated and dirty. My sisters room Was infested with bedbugs gross! We stayed in the Arizona tower and honestly it needs to be completely remodeled. The weight at outback steakhouse which is the only sit down restaurant in the casino had an hour and a half wait at 2 PM! They definitely need more restaurant options to accommodate their guests.

We stayed during a very busy weekend. Having said that, staff did all they could to meet our needs. Thankful for housekeeping for a quick response when we needed more towels and extra blanket. Front office greeted us with a snails despite of having a long line of clients waiting to check in. Casino had staffers walking around offering new disposable masks, disinfecting gel readily available

The room was dirty and didn’t appear to be sanitized, found pubic hairs on the sheets and had to get sheets replaced, and I completely re-made my bed, the bathroom was filthy when I brought it up to the hotel they didn’t even offer to clean it,
