Comfortable stay. Access to 2nd room was kind of inconvenient because there was not a door knob. But otherwise Comfortable.

Amazing stay and im always so happy to be there

The front office staff were incredible and went above and beyond. It was in no way shape or form their fault for the horrific conditions of these rooms. They were very apologetic. This place needs to a major overhaul of renovations not patchwork. It is a massive safety hazard! The nails coming through the subfloor my husband stepped on in the bedroom, microwave was barely hanging, the toilet apparently was clogged from the previous customer and went all over the floor, tile in kitchen was cracked and you couldn’t walk on it, the subfloor under the carpet had a hole and you tripped walking out of the bedroom, dirty sheets/bedding, food splatters all over the walls/picture, stains all over the furniture and carpet, smelled horrific, bed was broken, phones didn’t work, pieces of the night stand were broken on the floor, hair clumps found between the bed and headboard, parking was scarce. The pictures online are in no way shape or form what this place looks like. It was very disappointing. The front office staff are the sweetest and deserve to be recognized for their customer service. We came to stay for a surgery and unfortunately we had to leave due to all the issues and it wasn’t a place for recovery. We chose this place as we love Hilton. This was not a good representation of their brand.

Everything was great. Beds a little small but it all worked out. Will be returning real soon.

The location was great. There were little roaches in the kitchenette area, I killed 2. The AC was loud/noisy. Hall smelled like marijuana.

Overall it was goo. Had to change rooms as the heat in the dirst room was not working. Parking lots should have been cleaner (broken glass, bloody kleenex tissue, trash, etc.) and pathesy to room unlit and felt unsafe. I did luke room layout and the front desk staff was accommodating.

It was much, much better this time.

It was an amazing stay. Lacy the employee at the front desk has outstanding customer service she was awesome. Never stayed in apartment like hotel, but I must say it was different but I liked it.

This was our first time at a Homewood Suites and we loved it. Cute room, very clean, a lot of space for the 2 of us. We will be using them all the time now.
