We checked in to an executive room, great size comfy and spacious. In the room the floor hadn’t been hoovered properly as there were crumbs and bits in the floor from the previous persons stay. On the small hand towel in the bathroom there was a brown stain on the towel. All the towels looked also very old and worn. There were no glasses in my room to have a drink in the room, as we were in lockdown and could not go to the bar. My friends stayed in a room smaller than myself and had a fridge in there room! Also we had 1 whole and 1 part used toilet roll in the room so shows this was used by the previous person who had stayed in my room. So could have been cross contamination. I booked with holiday inn as this is my first stay at a hotel since Feb 2020 do I expected better standards of cleaning.

The rooms are small but well refurbished, modern and comfortable, lots of charging points for phone and laptop. Really good front desk service and hotel is very conveniently located just off M40. Perfect for business

RECOMMENDATION AND COMPLIMENTS FOR "RALUCA" and “FAHKRI” Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at this Hotel (Holiday Inn High Wycombe) for 6 nights with my Disabled Mother and Family. We received Excellent Customer Service and Support and Assistance from RALUCA (Assistant Manager) and FAHKRI (Front Desk) and their colleagues at the Hotel during our stay. We booked Accessible Disabled Rooms and a Family Room and these were arranged for us by the Raluca nd Fahkri. The Accessible Disabled Rooms were very large and had ample space for a wheelchair including the bathroom which was also fully adapted for disabled use using a wheelchair. They had Double beds and we had extra single rollout beds put out too. The rooms were both on the Ground Floor. The Family Room was also very large with a large Sofa and Kingsize Bed. We had a single roll out bed put out too. The room was on the Ground Floor. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet. The level of service and support and assistance receiving from the Hotel, particularly Raluca and Fahkri, was exceptional especially since our stay was during the Covid-19 Pandemic Crisis, with the Hotel Staff maintaining strict Covid-19 Social Distancing Practices and Measures. We are very grateful to Raluca and Fahkri and their colleagues for providing the excellent customer service and support in a very Professional and Courteous manner. We highly commend Raluca and Fahkri and their colleagues and recommend this Hotel.

We had to travel for a family funeral so not exactly a wanted stay but the hotel was excellent and did everything they could for us. The public areas and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and we had a comfortable nights sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for travellers and close by to shops and restaurants. We thoroughly recommend it.

The room was ok there was a nite of the door saying the room was cleaned fully before our arrival i dont believe thi s was true there were a few hairs around the bath and the kettle was full with water and the try had coffee drip marks on i dont believe it was fully cleaned , we were also going to have dinner but called dowb to reception and were given the wrong information so called round to book elsewhere only to get a call about 15 mins later to say sorry i gave yiu the wrong information we had already left the hotel at this point. Check in was sparce and had to wait a while for a staff mebmer to apprear .

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the single 'put up' bed was uncomfortable for my son, as he described he felt like he had springs in his back all night!! It was clean and the service was good. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that but it was £16.50 per person! We found a lovely cafe 10 mins away that done a decent cooked breakfast for under £6!
