Decent Place, Value Matches Price
The price was great, and the service was fantastic. However, the rooms are incredibly below the expectations of anything with the Marriott name. Initial appearance was great, but it really stopped there. The beds were uncomfortable. We were unable to keep the room a steady temp, it was either cold or hot to one extreme or another. The walls are so thin we could hear our neighbor's basic conversations. We will NOT be staying at this location again, might have been another low end budget hotel.

Overall excellent experience
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our first room had a pretty noisy ac unit and some parking lot and street noise, but the folks at the front desk moved us to another room that was much quieter and were totally in service to us. Every person working there was exceptionally nice and did what they could to take care of us.

This is the BEST hotel in Addison! So QUIET! Blackout curtains, immaculate room, hot water & great water pressure, comfy bed & pillows, super clean sheets, fluffy towels, a million free movies, and the most friendly & professional staff. It is tucked away from the main road - you can’t beat the location! The park & pool in the center is beautiful. Personal patio to relax - most hotels don’t offer that amenity! I have stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years and it is always great! Modern renovations keep it fresh and they take great care of the landscaping. A+++
