Stay here if you don’t care about the quality of staff service or don’t think you’ll need to ever deal with the front desk. The manager is rude, unresponsive, and unwilling to do anything to improve the stay of guests. The front desk staff is equally horrible (except one lady on the overnight, she was lovely to deal with). I had reserved 3 rooms, each with different lengths of stay and it was almost impossible for them to comprehend anything in relation to my reservations. One staff member even yelled at a guest. Check in was a disaster as my flight was very delayed and a few of my guests arrived early. Anticipating a problem I had even called in advance to advise them that someone else may have to check into one or two of the rooms on my behalf because I was late. One of the cleaning staff members plugged their AirPods into my charger which was a bit weird, forgot them and then came back to get them. Calling down to the front desk for services (extra towels for example) is next to impossible, forget about an extra pillow or cups. There is nothing in the mini fridge, there are no forks or anything in the rooms. Showers had no soap/shampoo. It was just a disaster. The only redeeming part was that the rooms were large and the location is convenient. Will not be coming back and plan on making complaints directly to head office.
