Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad del lugar y la excelente ubicación que tiene, todo queda cerca y es muy accesible moverte. La suite que compartí con mi familia estuvo perfecta, las camas cómodas y todos los servicios muy agradables. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse en Oasis suites.

Nice quite hotel. Located clise to both the laguna and the town. Many good restaurants nearby as well. The thing that set this hotel apsrt though was definitely the service. Easy to communicate with the staff through Whatsapp. Thanks Mario and owner Steven for all of your great recommendations. Hopefully see you guys again soon.

Lovely Stay!

Great central location by the lagoon and many great restaurants. All of the staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. They provided my boyfriend and me a lot of local info about dining, tour, and swimming spots. The room was super spacious, and even came with a big jug of filtered water and a kitchenette. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. Great value!

Friendly owner, cute place

We were fleeing from Hurricane Delta so we weren't doing much sightseeing but the hotel was cute and the owner was helpful. Mango is constructed strangely where both the AC and fan are over the bed so to get any air circulation in the rest of the room (which is blocked from the bed by a wall), you have to rely on there being a breeze. Fortunately, there was. I would stay here again.

It was a pleasure staying here. The grounds are very well maintained which gives guest a great tranquil atmosphere when on the property. The rooms are very clean and the suite was larger than I expected. The wifi connection was great inside the suite and throughout the property. The connection was strong enough to have video chats without any issues. The hotel is located in a great area with lots of places to eat that are in walking distance to the main town square as well as many restaurants. Steven and his team were very friendly. They provided lots of tips on places to go in the area such as Lagoon Bonanza as well as Los Rapidos. You should also take a 2 hour tour through the lake and swim in turquoise water. It was amazing. We discovered all of what Bacalar has to offer and the place is a gem. Wow!!! A must visit if you are in Quintana Roo.

Quedé encantada con este lugar, es ideal para descansar o pasar un rato agradable con tu familia o amigos. El cuarto tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y más (el café de cortesía es delicioso); El personal es sumamente amable y hace que toda tu experiencia en Bacalar sea increíble. Cada esquina del cuarto y hotel está impecable. Un plus es que estás a unos pasos del centro y puedes ir y venir sin problemas. Volvería sin pensarlo.
