While we have made every effort to remediate the odor, we feel we must make prospective guests aware of this potential inconvenience. We thank you for your understanding.


IMPORTANT NOTE: CountrySide is a family -oriented community that prizes courtesy and quiet. For this reason, we can only invite family groups to any of our CountrySide properties. Additionally, because of past conflicts, we have had to enact a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any violation of the either our noise or quiet hours (10pm - 8am) policies. In order to be fair and impartial with this noise policy, we have installed NoiseAware in all of our CountrySide properties. This technology is similar to a smoke alarm, but instead detects noise over a pre -set decibel.

Clean Home


We have always taken exceptional pride in our cleaning staff.  Since the start of the pandemic, our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with the CDC. 


We’ve added to our cleaning checklist to thoroughly disinfect all touch -points in the home. (Smart -lock keypad or lockbox, ALL door handles, cabinet handles). 


Our cleaning fee is typically higher than our competitors because we are proud to pay our cleaning staff a living wage and they always do an impeccable job for us. Read our reviews!!


Hands -off check -in and check -out


We are now allowing self -check -ins at all of our properties. We will require some information and phone contact with you before your arrival, but you will not see anyone in person at your vacation accommodation. There will be no surprise or unwanted visits. We understand that distance is essential during these times.


Please note during the coronavirus outbreak: The building will only allow registered guests into the building, so there will be no guests allowed to visit that are not on the reservation. 

Tucked away in the northeast corner of Virginia, you`ll find this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome affords the peace and freedom of country living paired with the convenience of proximity to major commuter routes and our nation`s capital. 


The front entrance to this end -unit tri -level townhome welcomes you to a comfortable and well -coordinated living room. The flat -screen TV comes enabled with Roku, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies with the included WiFi. Mid -century modern furnishings include a sofa with chaise lounge and loveseat in soothing tones of gray. Colorful pillows and matching accent rug provide visual appeal.


The dining room, outfitted in neutral colors with lovely greenery, provides a tranquil atmosphere in which to enjoy your meals. 


A kitchen fit for a gourmet fills this sun -dappled space. You`ll be creating your specialties amongst rich oak cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a generous center island with cool tile floors beneath you.  A bistro table for two is tucked into the end of the island. 


A convenient half -bath is also located on this level. 


Just outside the dining area is the spacious backyard, complete with privacy fencing. Enjoy an alfresco meal here at the bistro table for two, or just relax with a good book, and a glass of your favorite adult beverage in one of the lounge chairs. This area is also an excellent space for your furry family member to get his or her exercise. Ask about bringing your pet along to this property. 


Upstairs, guests will find the Master suite with a King bed, 2 additional bedrooms with Queens, and another full bath.  full bathroom.


When your family is looking for a getaway in a quiet, convenient, and family -oriented location, you`ll find this townhome at the Countryside community is a perfect space for your northern Virginia adventure.

Located in the community of Countryside, you`ll enjoy myriad amenities as a guest here. Fisherpeople will enjoy the catch and release pond for a lazy day of fish stories. Those who enjoy outdoor exercise will surely want to take advantage of the parcourse fitness circuit located at strategic points throughout the community. A cool dip in one of the pools can be a perfect way to while away a summer afternoon, while court games, such as tennis and basketball are readily available. 

The front entrance to this tri -level townhome welcomes you to a cozy living room. A media center features a Roku TV and the plush sofa with a chaise lounge may tempt you into an afternoon nap. You`ll be creating your specialties amongst whisper -white cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a unique white -brick backsplash with cool wood floors beneath you.  A bistro table for two tucked in the corner offers privacy for an intimate shared meal or beverage. 

A convenient half -bath is also located on this level. 

The grill master will get his or her turn in the spotlight here, too with the grill is located on the back patio. This area is also fenced and an excellent space for your furry companion to get his or her exercise. Ask about bringing your pet along to this property. 

Upstairs, guests will find the Master suite with a King bed, 2 additional bedrooms with Queens, and another full bath. The ground level basement of the townhome boasts a King bed, offering wonderful privacy for one lucky person or couple with TV/roku  and a full bathroom.

There is no private door for the basement bedroom.

Whether your party is a group of friends looking to enjoy a weekend near DC or a family looking for a getaway in a quiet and convenient location, you`ll find this townhome at the Countryside community is a perfect space for your northern Virginia adventure.
