A clean hotel with friendly staff. However there's no AC, very small washroom and very limited parking space.

Good location, good food, nice sauna & steam bath. Nice courtyard for breakfast or conversation. Knowledgeable staff speaking good English. The WiFi and cell service were unreliable, which caused some challenges of communication in making arrangements. My friend resorted to calling me in my room via the reception desk landline.

Located in residential area. Very quiet, friendly staff, nice clean rooms.

The staff and hotel are very pleasant and we arrived late but was still able to grab food which was good quality in the restaurant area. Unfortunately I reserved but my husband paid in the morning, so two payments were taken. But this was resolved & I would still stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Azenberg for three nights. The staff were very friendly at check in and had treats ready for our kids, which is always a hit. The hotel itself is set back in a densely populated area, so the streets are narrow and lined with cars. Luckily, there was visible signage guiding us to the hotel. Parking - the parking lot is tiny and quickly fills up. If you are lucky enough to get a spot, the fee is 7 Euro per night. We got a spot in the lot the first night but not the second two nights, so we were told by the staff to park on a different street then walk back to the hotel. The street parking comes with the risk of ticketing from 6 am - 8 pm. So, if you are renting a car, this may not be your best choice. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. There was a little play area outside for the kids and an indoor pool as well. They had robes, pool towels and slippers for all of us waiting in our room, along with chocolates and water, all complimentary. We had plenty of space and the hotel felt very cozy. The bar was open 24/7 and they had a full breakfast for an additional fee.

Great location, small rooms, comfortable, with all amenities, lovely gardens and patio, the only thing we could have asked for extra was a fan to combat the extreme heat, and wifi in the rooms.
