The check in clerk was very accommodating. Easy access but secure in and out of room and building. Room was spacious and had everything for convenient stay. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience, the room was clean, the staff was always nice and very helpful. I’ll be back in 3 months to Cleavlend and definitely I will stay in Residence Inn by Marriott!

It was great loved the 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms but why is there only one trash can in the the whole suite??? Morning front counter person attitude sucked but night host was really nice.

Changes needed on room placement
The facility was very clean. My only issue was that i had a room for a day to have some home repairs and i have 4 sons. I had to go out to work for a few hours which left them alone which they are old enough. But at 930p the folks under us complained of noise 2 times which threatened us of beong evicted. My suggestion is when your hotel is as empty as this one was maybe when you see there are 5-6 people scheduled for a 2 bedroom suite maybe not put them directly above someones head and stagger the rooms a bit or put the folks with more people on the bottom floor. We paid our money just like the folks below us and just because we arent in bed at 930p on a Saturday we have to tip toe in our $300 a night room is unfair. I will say i realize that with 4 teenage boys playing a video game can get rowdy but not enough to warrent eviction. They were not playing in the halls or even left the room but still was confined to sitting on their hands and staying quiet in a hotel that the pool and basketball court is closed so the only outlet is games and conversation in the room. I think Marriott needs to do better with placement of guests to accommodate everyone
