Room felt dirty. The appliances were rusted. Tub leaked for hours after use. Floor was filthy. People slammed their doors all night. Room smelled like smoke. Will only stay here again as a last resort.

So I reserved 2 rooms which were SUPPOSE to be next to each other but weren't and the first room was HORRIBLE the carpets were wet from water leaking from some where sheets had not been changed there was hair and al kids of stuff on the sheets when we pulled the covers back so they changed the room. Checked the other room and the lights were real dem nothing major was really wrong with this room but both rooms really had a odor but I really couldn't make out the odor.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!!!!

UGH! Disgusting! The room smelled of smoke. I got there too late to find another location. Loud music and voices literally ALL NIGHT LONG!

There where roaches in my room and the front desk didn’t care or do anything about it. Also very rude saying they don’t offer incentives for that issue.

Our large family needed a hotel due to a water leak in our home. We reserved 2 rooms next to each other. While I unpacked groceries, my husband opened the nightstand drawer and found a used drug straw, roll of aluminum foil, zippo lighter, misc cords, and scratch off tickets. Looking deeper in the room we found rat droppings on top of the fridge, dirt and white powder in the drawers and dead roaches under the sink. We took pictures and went down to the office to cancel rooms and the clerk wasn’t even concerned or shocked and stated she didn’t need to see any pictures. Made me call orbitz to cancel my reservation. For the reviews it has the place was gross.

Walkways were dirty. Have not been swept in a while.

It was very dirty, the appliances were also dirty and rusted. The top of the fridge was very dusty and lots of crumbs. Lights were very outdated as well as a nasty smell when we walked in. Very sketchy as well.

It was ok. The tv only had one channel. It smelled weird. The space between the bed and tv is maybe a little over a ft so I kept banging my knee trying to move around the room. It was cheap hotel so I can’t complain much. It wasn’t great though.

We got there by 1230am, i amde the reservation thru hotels com and they never found the reservation. Even showing them my confirmation number. I needed to make a new reservation. I requested a late check out when we were checking in and it was granted until 12pm. At 11am they were knocking at the door saying the check out was at 11am, and we needed to leave at 1130am even after I explained we talked with front desk abut the late check out. I'm a frequent traveler and first and last time in this hotel and this app
