Based off my last experience from staying here previously things have definitely changed. The staff is always awesome however the hotel room had no working AC/Nor Heat in either of the units. The elevators were pretty much only working on the right side of the hotel, and the only towels available were the ones for you to step out of the shower for your feet, (luckily my friend snd I always travel with our own). Lastly, we waited about 10-15min for a clean room for other guests to check out underatandble to come in papertowel, or tissue is stuffed on our smoke detector. Which assumed the previous guest used for smoking in our non smoking room, and grass, and dark stains on our bedding, and a odor in which they tried to cover it up with. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it because it was birthday and my friend and I had reservations to get too but this placed has changed so much. My friend and I usually enjoy the firepit to sit out and drink and relax on the patio area and wasnt even working.The gentlemen checking us in offered us $20 off our already prepaid booked room of$170+. I probably wont be back.
