Do not use hotels.com
First of all I was not given the hotel I booked. They called me the previous night if my stay and said they gave the room to some walk in customer. I called hotels.com and the hotel where I booked. But I did not get back my room. Infact I did not have a room untill the morning I travelled. They gave a room when I was nearing my hotel. That too a different property. The property they provided was worst. I booked a luxury room. But they gave a very normal room for 4 people. Another worst thing is, they confirmed room for only one day. They said they will give another property the next day. And I was out of the hotel after my first day. I have to call back multiple times and follow with them for my room. This was the worst service ever. My vacation was spoiled due to this. We could not enjoy our stay/vacation due to this mess. I paid for a luxury room and got a normal room where the service/ room type and bathroom we're worst.
