Very good hotel!! Good location!

' Someone watched the TV while I am not around and out The TV remote is in the box,、When I returned to the room, the TV remote was on the table。Coffee cup is not replaced，Hair in the cup。tissue paper on washbasin，After talking to the service staff，They just apologized and gave 3 chocolates，I don't care about chocolate，Just hope they can do better。

雖然是4星級的飯店、但是裡面的設備超級先進的。房間很大。Mini bar全是免費。真的是物超所值。非常棒的飯店。服務人員都非常好。

位市中心，地鐵站在旁邊，位置極佳。房間設備齊全，寬敞，乾淨。工作人員親切貼心。早餐很不錯。

Brilliant location, right next to the train station and outside the stephansdom. Extremely convenient for sightseeing within Vienna

The hotel has recently been renovated and this has been done to a very high standard. Unfortunately, we found the hotel rooms very warm and stuffy making it difficult to sleep. Also, we had a courtyard room and there is an extractor fan in it which operates 24-hours producing a mechanical noise that is also disturbing when trying to sleep. Great hotel, fantastic location but, personally, I wasn't comfortable during my stay.

A really fabulous hotel. We stayed for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period and couldn't fault it. It is located in the very centre of the old city which means you can walk to most of the tourist attractions. A slight downside is that they don't have a restaurant, it's a cafe with a bar which closes at 19.30 or 21.00 weekends. Reception will, however, happily recommend restaurants in the vicinity and reserve a table for you.

Amazing location, with rooms that were perfect for a family stay. The service was impeccable and the little gifts for Christmas a perfect touch.
