Family road trip

Nice staff and I'm 6 months or a year it will probably be a nice place to stay. They are in the middle of a remodel and the outlets in my room didn't work and the walls are VERY thin!

Not for family

When I got into my room, it smelled like smoke (I am a non-smoker). There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor (I did not pick it up), The neighbors were noisy all night long. The upstairs neighbors kept dropping things on the floor. The walls needed cleaning.

Dirty, WiFi Not working, Broken Furniture, Flies

The furniture in the room was falling apart, the bathroom shower curtain rod was not securely attached and was about to fall off, the shower faucet was loose and not properly connected. There was a small hole in the bathroom wall, the ceiling was recently painted but, incomplete as the dirt/mold was not painted over. The toilet seat was not attached. There was filth on the window sill. The metal floor lamps were corroded/dirty. There were flies buzzing around in the room. The refrigerator was iced over and in dire need of defrosting. The WiFi was not working, so I could not get any work done during my stay. No breakfast was provided or even a small bag with juice, snacks and a piece of fruit as suggested due to covid -19.

It was being remodeled and everything looked bad and dirty. But for one night I stayed if been longer I would have found something else to stay in. The directions to find the place are wrong they send you to wrong side of the interstate

This ranks up there with the worst hotels have stayed in. I can say that the staff was nice enough which only makes you feel sorry for them working in such a place. The room smelled musty and probably supplied a lifetime dose of mold spores. The counter tops had some kind of a film on them so that I kept my toothbrush in my suitcase between uses. The door to the room did not inspire confidence - it looked as if it had been kicked in at one point and the chain was broken off. When I told the lady at the desk how much I paid for the room it was obvious that she was a little shocked. I could have gotten it cheaper just showing up. All in all I would not go back.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I paid for a Thursday through Monday, arrived early Friday morning due to driving all night. When we arrived was told that we couldn’t check in until 10am and I was like I think not-1 I called to make sure that it would be ok and 2 I paid for Thursday night. After a few clicks on the computer she made it happen. The room was clean for the most part but the air conditioner leaked water in the floor and everything felt damp in the room. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. There was only 3 sets of towels for 4 people, the housekeeper was very friendly and took care of that for us. On Saturday morning unfortunately my son woke up and had an accident overnight. I quickly called the front desk apologized and asked if they could change the bed during daily service as well as leave 4 sets of towels for us, the lady on the phone was very nice and said she would have it taken care of. We were gone all day to a car show and got back around 9pm, when we walked into the room it smelled of urine and the bed had not been changed. I attempted to call the front desk but no answer, so I walked up to the front myself. Upon entering the front the younger guy at the front was talking with 3 men. After several minutes he acknowledged my existence. I told him that I had called that morning and asked for the bed to he changed and it had not been done. He proceeded to tell me that there was no maid there. I said please give me the bedding and I will do it myself, he huffed/puffed at me grrrrrr!

orst stay ever “ Hello Sunshine

The room windows were covered with white paper!!! No blinds.i woke up at 12.16am to a room lite up like daylight and unable to return to sleep getting up at 4;30 am to work a 12 hour day with 2 hours of sleep 😡

Don't do it!!!

OmG..It was horrifying..Took 15 min to find the room in the dark..No outside lights..Ran into a pizza delivery guy in the dark who could not find a room either..Got in room and an inch of standing water around inside of door..Gum on the floor by sink..nasty foot covering at foot of bed..Door that connected to I am guessing another room would not lock..This was by far the scariest place I have ever stayed..We booked it rater than the super 8 that was under construction..Turns out its the same hotel..Never Never Again!!!
