Spend a little more for a better hotel & be clean, safe & happy! We did not realize until the next morning that there were a few candy & soap wrappers in the trash cans under the sink & in the bathroom. There was no TV remote in the room, which we had to call & have them deliver it. You would think with covid, the rooms would be extra clean instead of previous customers trash in the trash cans ... Right? We were not comfortable using the towels in case they had not been changed out, so we threw all towels on the floor so at least the customer after us would be guaranteed to have clean towels! There was no screen on the window & it slid open all the way. Thank God we didn't have our grandson with us because he could've fallen 15-20 feet! We won't be staying here again. Shilo Inn has a great reputation except for this particular location!

Was a little worried about the outside but once I got in the room it was clean, comfortable and nice. Nothing looked worn out. For the price of the stay I was impressed.

It was awesome

The room was nice and I thought clean at first, but then I found a used mask in the dresser drawer and some candy in the corner on the floor. They provide a coffee maker and coffee which is nice, but I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come to my room to replenish coffee or other toiletries, etc. Not impressed with the service.

It smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall way and in our room and the was a mix up with the check out

Comfortable

Rooms were fine but there still was trash in trash can in the bathroom. The TV was an old tube style TV. The pool was closed and there was no hot tub. There was no breakfast. Weight room closed also. Check out went smoothly.

Shilo Inn was disgusting. I was there for 30 minutes and couldn’t stay there. The beds not freshly made they just had the sheets and comforter pulled up. The dust on the entertainment center was thick. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain had some black stuff on it and the tags were either really dirty or badly stained. It had old key entry locks that any one could have copied the keys. I didn’t feel it was safe to stay there or keep my stuff there. The a/c, which was an old window a/c built into the wall, was broken and they charged us $100 incase something happened to the room. Still waiting for my money to be refunded. Never stay there! Although the person checking us in was decent. She was very unprofessional and had her friends outside hanging out with her.

It just seemed like it was a ghost town. Remote didn't work toilet was messed up and the only person that seemed like he was happy was the night staff a man he actually checked is in.

My husband, our 1 yr old granddaughter and I stayed here. Worst experience ever!! The lady at the desk was VERY, VERY rude. Our room was dirty, rug not vacuumed, cereal under the bed, fruit snacks in a drawer, bath tub was dirty had to clean it myself cause I didn’t want to deal with the rude front desk lady, ask for a do not disturb sign and ask front desk not to have anyone disturb us and same lady (with sign on door) tried to just walk in to our room the next day (staying there for 3 nights). Found a dirty needle right outside our room one morning (baby with us). Front desk lady (same one) did not seem to care much. It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in or experienced. Charged our card right away so we couldn’t afford to go anywhere else!! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW..
