Disappointed
I tried calling to see if I could checkin earlier and no one answered so I went to the front desk and waited no one answered so I left i came back around checking time yet again no one was at the front desk some guy had to get the lady from the back office. Also gave me a room where the door bolt was broken asked to get moved to a different room. The a/c unit never once stopped even tho I turned it off pretty annoying.

It was a good stay the floors were filthy and theres no real privacy for the bathroom. Other than that it was a good stay. It seems to be more for the younger generation.

First and last.Not recommended.Lack of cleaning.
Terrible general cleaning in common areas, carpeted hallway, elevator walls and black elevator floors are in just one word dirty. Room floor was the dirtiest floor I've ever seen anywhere, took a shower walked few steps back to bed to realized how dirty the room floor was, the plant of my feet were instantly looking as for those who walk barefeet on the streets, the accent rug inside the room was not properly cleaned also but still looked way better than the hard floor, don't want to finish without mentioning the status of the minimalist pieces of furniture, as the rest were not claned at all, blue velvet loveseat full of dust, yellow leather cubeseat clearly not wiped in a long time, all of this combined with dirty and all marked white walls, room mirror also full of dust and marks in the middle of the COVID crisis have made my first visit to Aloft also de last one. Will not recommend to anyone this place. There are several options around, please do not fall for this, not having proper cleaning is just not worth it at any moment in time, but not cleaning properly in this COVID time is plainly a terrible business.
