Great room, great price
Check in was smooth and fast. The beds are amazing! Toilet paper is made of sandpaper and the shower left a lot to be desired but overall it was a great place to spend the night.

Not a bad place to stay
Staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. I just wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the room. Building could be maintained better.

Never Ever Again
Would not stay here again. While I realize this is a budget friendly hotel general upkeep isn’t asking to much. The door to our room did not seal shut unless the deadbolt was used. There was ice melt all over the floor of our room. When we asked for a broom and dust pan to clean it up, the front desk didn’t have one. Any fixture made of metal was covered in rust. The desk chair was worn out. The mini fridge was all beat up and dirty. The shower head leaked and sprayed water. The TV didn’t work. Best part of our stay was leaving!

Broken beds and dirty rooms.
Gave us a room with an obviously broken bed. The housekeepers know this bed is broken, why hasn’t it been replaced? Not even a dip it, you can actually feel chunks of something in your back. My disabled daughter with autism slept on it without complaining, I didn’t discover until morning. Room was dirty all around, not worthy of the rating on hotels.com. Don’t even want to bother with Hotels.com to make a complaint because their customer service will just make excuses. I have been a gold member for 4+ years and have watched their defense of the customer just disintegrate. They almost always side with the hotel, completely insulting.
