Pleasant stay
Really friendly and kind staff, very good location. 7 min walk to main part of town. Room is very big, spacious and has an amazing view. Only negatives are: parts of hotel seem unfinished. The shower constantly flooded the bathroom floor. There is also a funny smell in bathroom. The room doors have a large gap at the bottom and I believe this is where the cockroach entered our bedroom on the last night.

部屋がとても明るくきれいで、インテリアも素敵でした。部屋からの眺めも良かったです。スタッフは皆さん感じが良く、とても親切でした。滞在中、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。一点だけ、シャワーのお湯がちゃんと出る時とぬるいお湯しかでない時があったので、入る前に確認したほうがよいかもしれません。それ以外はとても良かったです。

Disappointing discovery after stay...
We had a lovely stay at Serene, the staff were very helpful and attentive. We checked out and travelled to our next destination. Upon arrival I checked my day bag and discovered that $60 of the $80 zipped away in an internal pocket had gone missing. The only time this bag was out of my sight was whilst it had been locked in our room at Serene the day previous for a few hours. Maybe I should have taken care to have put the money in the safe or taken it with me, but if I had, I would not have known that someone with access to our room had gone through my belongings. We emailed the hotel to inform them of the situation and their reply suggested we checked our bag again. We did as requested and have emailed them to say the situation is still the same, we are still waiting for a response 3 days later...

Lovely new hotel with friendly, helpful service, a quiet central location and an excellent breakfast. Downgraded one star on facilities because there is still some minor finishing work needed. It's a nice building and just as pictured.

Das ganze Hotel ist neu, wirkt aber schlecht verarbeitet bzw unfertig und schlecht dekoriert. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es ist ruhig. Zimmer ist gross und hat eine gute Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist eher einfach gehalten und es wirkt wie in einer Kantine. Man kann mehr aus dem Haus rausholen. Preis war OK. Für zwei Nächte war es gut.
