Very friendly people! Everything was clean but you can notice that it is an old hotel, they must make some fixing.

Not great
Our original room was so dirty. The carpet was stained, sticky and had food crumbs everywhere. Then I saw one of the beds had a brown smudge that I’m hoping was chocolate. They gave us a different room that was at least cleaner (how could it be worse) but definitely not worth the price we paid. The man at the front desk was really kind and understanding but he had to call someone to get permission to move us to a different room, which took way too long and he basically had to convince whoever his boss was that we needed a different room. The lobby area actually looks decent, but the rooms are really outdated and in dire need of deep cleaning. My computer monitor is bigger than the TV in our room was. Glad we were only here to sleep for the night.

The customer service was awful. Mr. Patel was very rude and a bit hostile. The pool was inoperable, no breakfast, and the tub had hair in it and on the wall of the shower. NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAY!

Hotel was dirty and in poor condition. Beds were not comfortable. My wife had to clean toilet to be able to use it. Tv in room is like a 26in size. If it wasn't after 9pm that i checked in i would have went somewhere else.

Cash Deposit Only
Night front desk attendant demanded $100 deposit in cash and pointed to ATM. I refused as was likely going in his pocket as requiring cash instead of credit card is not normal for a major chain. Finally agreed to make “exception” and let me use credit card like every other hotel. Beware of potential scam!

We stayed a the clarion hotel
I’m Jackson for 1 night after booked online. When we got there the Front desk lady was very nice and friendly and we had no problem getting p our room. Later on in the room we noticed that the shower was not the cleanest and there was a bit of peeling and dirt around the shower. We also hats get rid of about three bugs that were crawling around on the microwave and on the walls

took over 5 hours to get in rooms.Had requested adjoining rooms or rooms beside each other instead we were given rooms on separate ends of two hallways this was after night shift manager arranged for us to be on same floor something day shift lady did not .One housekeeper explains why rooms were very dirty.breakfast not offered pool not opened although it was full of water.Day shift desk person was not helpful at all informed us we did not get what we asked for because we used a third party and they were only using half their rooms due to one housekeeper if that was case they should have started with one floor at a time booking rooms or at least contacted us to let us know our requests could not be filled she even told us we might want to try Days Inn down the road.Night shift manager was very nice and apologetic called manager and arranged to get us in rooms statine we had been waiting to check in for 5 hours and our rooms had not been cleaned yet,I HAVE WORKED IN MOTELS AND THIS WAS AWFUL.Checking out next morning same desk person was eating a corndog while trying to talk to customers.Not sure what all changed since our last stay here but we will NOT be back again.Worse experience with any hotel ever.Used third party to rent next day in another location no problems.
