When we arrived the receptionist told us her colleague had made a mistake and there wasn’t a triple room available but only a single and double. When we said we weren’t happy with this, the receptionist miraculously found a triple available. We headed to the room and showered and the room instantly flooded. We were obviously put in the worst room which they knew had issues - there was also hairs in the bathroom and hairs on the bed sheets. When we complained the next morning a different receptionist who was busy talking to her boyfriend sniggered at us and basically shrugged her shoulders. When we returned that evening they told us we could move rooms but I didn’t find their customer service helpful at all.
