摩納哥西雅圖金普頓酒店 - 西雅圖

Good location. The hotel was noticeably dirty, to the point myself and other guests were talking about it in the elevator. The floors had debris all over them in the lobby and in the elevators / hallways as if they hadn't been vacuumed in days. I checked in late so I figured the cleaning staff had gone home but the next day, even around noon they were still very dirty. They charge you a "resort fee" (aka another way to get money from you) for absolutely nothing, just free internet. The staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to have a complimentary late check out which was a bonus. The attached restaurant "Outlier" had some of the SLOWEST service I've experienced in the last year and while I heard the food was supposedly good I was very very underwhelmed. Took them over an hour to take my order and get out a bloody mary and breakfast sandwich. Not an awful stay but they need to tighten up this ship

In Seattle on personal business. Really enjoyed my stay. Fun building- it used to be the old phone company building.

Great hotel. Was our anniversary so we got the room upgraded without asking. Staff are super attentive and friendly and the free cocktail hour at 5 pm every night doesnt hurt. Stayed here years ago and its always great.

Bad lighting in lobby. Great newspaper service but too dark to read Strongly dislike service charge on food/drink orders and daily $20 fee without being clearly notified in advance Appreciate wine tasting service

Great services, nice place. Highly recommend. Only complaint was no coffee in the room and they fixed that.
