埃爾帕索西戴斯酒店 - 埃爾帕索

Honestly, the room was terrible, the bathroom was dirty, the overall hotel was dirty. Definitely would have much rather slept in our uhaul than stay there. Luckily it was only for one night. I've never stayed at a days inn this bad anywhere before.

This is an older hotel, so i was a little distressed when i saw the outside of it, but it was scrupulously clean inside and very comfortable. The clerk at the front desk, a Hispanic woman, was surly and said little about wifi or other amenities when we checked in. The wifi was some of the fastest we have experienced at a hotel. Parking is tight and there is construction on the frontage road in front of the hotel, making getting into the parking lot difficult. But, for cleanliness and comfort on a budget, this is a nice little hotel near the outlet malls.

In El Paso for a couple of days as part of a travel vacation. Hotel was good value, convenient, and quiet. Room showed a good bit or wear (carpet needed replacing and shower needed TLC) but it was clean and everything worked well. Some staff were a bit distant. Breakfast was available but minimal.

Checked in at 830, showered, felt like bugs were jumping on my legs, turned off lights about 920, at 930 called front desk to ask the people above us to stop doing gymnastics. 1010 called back they said we have but they aren't listening said they would call back. 1020, front desk said they aren't answering, well can you walk up and ask them. 1020, walked to the office, they said well we can't control them. I asked for refund they said it is against policy. I also called hotels.com they said nothing they could do. I left and went to another hotel at 1100, at night due to the noise and cleanliness of this facility. the carpets are nasty, the fan in the bathroom is falling from the ceiling. Disgusting place.
