The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a little bag with water and snacks. We were placed on a ground floor as requested but we were placed at the very end of a very long hallway. The room was clean and spacious. The couch was a nice touch. We could not figure out the TV, so had to ask for help, Staff came to the room to show us how it works. There should be instructions in the room on how to watch regular TV. We used the microwave to heat up our supper. 2 problems. the plate inside was not fitted for this Microwave and rattled around. The the unit tripped out the power bar, and there went the TV. A tiny little Power Bar for 4 big loads. After resetting, it tripped again and again. Now what. We made the long walk to the front desk so the staff could heat up our meals. So much for heating up the complimentary popcorn. We like the soap dispensers in the bathroom and shower, and the hot breakfast was great. There are renovations going on.

Room was clean, hair dryer didn't work and wall socket was dead, microwave was not plugged in black scuff marks on walls. Staff was polite. Breakfast was delicious. With my understanding they where just starting new renos on the rooms.

It was just a 1 night stay with my other half. The room was nice. Definitely need a longer extension cord for all amenities in the room. Parking was excellent. A lot of room. The room was clean but definitely needs work in the shower as they was patch up work done on the celing and the shower head needs fixing. We didn't stay for breakfast as my other half wanted to take me out for breakfast. There are renovations being done and was not informed upon arrival. We did however get a welcome bag which was very nice and unexpected. Felt great to be appreciated.

Called ahead to specify needed first floor and easy access due to mobility issues and have licensed service dog. Was assured they had a room that would satisfy these issues. Arrived at the end of a long day, pouring rain, to find my room was a ways from any parking. Then was told better to use another door. That door was blocked with materials in construction, a pile of refuse and other things blocking the cement step up, a dangerous situation for me. I then had to go back to the front desk, the manager was kind and got me a laundry cart, so I could load up by the front door and then with my dog push the cart to the room. The young woman at front desk did not seem to understand, told my no mobility rooms, someday. Know they are working hard to remodel, but was unsafe situation for me.

We mainly choose to stay here because of the excellent hot breakfast, including the great tasting coffee. Parking was right outside our window. Staff check in was very nice and friendly. Enjoyed the little gift bag of treats and water. The bedding was nice and white, along with towels. However the curtains were ripped, which we pointed out to the front desk clerk so that we wouldn't get charged that $250.00 that they put on our credit card upon check in. The shower wall grout lines need cleaning, but were told that they will be going under major renovations shortly and all issues would be addressed. We stay here for medical appointments and enjoy the stay....

Enjoyed our stay at Days Inn. Good service from the go, attentive staff, comfortable check-in. Clean room, many accessible power outlets in the room. Nice decor, clean and well maintained from inside. Nice washroom, with all things provided. Very helpful front desk staff. I had forgotten to pack my tooth brush, asked if there was a place to get it, as it was late in the evening. He said they had tooth brushes and he will deliver it to my room, that very kind of him. We were provided breakfast cards and a discount coupon for dinner( btw, the menu is really good with veg options) The breakfast, next morning was superb, loved the hot breakfast, the staff- girl assisting was very charming and helpful. The check-out too was very smooth. We had a very good experience, and I found it to be the best. There is lot of parking space, and have many vehicle charging spots on the property. And thank you the Days Inn, Sudbury 50 Brady st, for the welcome bag with cold water bottles, microwaveable poopcorn pk and candies - chocolate. Loved the surprise bag at check-in Great experience!!!

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The room definitely needs some updating. The beds were very soft, so were the pillows. The caulking in the shower/tub was hit & miss; lots of gaps & open spaces. One of our towels had holes. The latch for the door was broken. The breakfast was good. They gave you a nice little welcome bag with water & snacks.

The hotel reception area was modern but the rooms are in need of TLC. Our room had water damage on the ceiling, bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and there were bugs in the bathroom. The area is very quiet and the food and service in the restaurant was amazing.

Everything from getting checked-in, being offered waters and a snack bag. Customer service was nice. Only thing that was an issue is the shower curtain had a mildew smell, which most hotels you end up going to have it.

Locating entrance to hotel

It was rather difficult to locate the hotel. We were not the only ones who had a difficult time finding the entrance. The directions to the hotel need to be a bit more specific as to the turns, and it would help if the hotel sign was not the the entrance to drive, but a bit higher so you can see it from the street to make the turn.
