Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com.
2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH staff asked us to pay breakfast again, it's 3rd. times they ask us to pay and even, they said all solved in morn ing, they don't talk to other staff about this case. We refused again and ask to talk with management, they said, Sorry, was a misunderstanding, they will deduct it. Do you think, it's finished ?? Not yet because they put somewhere else, they charge us something strange into room rate and ask us to pay, I made a double check on invoice and refused such strange cost. It's the story I learned in NH / Quito, 100% honor in above words.
