預早訂的是海景客房,但被安排在低層房間,鄰近近天橋車路,亳無景觀可言,車來車往嘈吵不絕!

Check in後還要等半小時才能取房間。取房間時又要從新再排隊。

住宿舒適！服務周到，親彻，交通工具方便，飲食美味

I wouldn't even deem this place fit for a 2star category, not in service nor in quality of accommodation. It's not just disappointing, but frustrating to stay in a hotel like this with zero maintenance. I paid premium price for this room to ensure comfortable holiday with my spouse, but ended up spoiling my holiday. Beds are not comfortable, bathroom tubes are rusty and executive block rooms are too cramped for a couple. I did a late check-in and was told my room was not ready and I need to wait for 30mins for my room to be ready as the guest did a late check-out and the room needs to be cleaned up. Come on!! This is a classic example of the service. I strongly discourage people from booking this hotel.
