The hotel was at the end of renovations so I have to be a little forgiving. My main complaint was that the hot water was only slightly warmer than lukewarm. Showers were not comfortable. Also, I was told the room had two bottles of water and there were none. The desk person was great and the rest was fine, fairly new, and comfortable.

They were gracious, Lisa was accommodating and polite. She recommended a great restaurant. Lobby was under construction, but didn't effect our stay.

Almost impossible to book directly online. My Confirmation stated that I would pay hotel directly and then found my credit card had already been charged not allowing me to pay at checkout. Was told Expedia takes a cut. Also, I was not allowed by this process to redeem or use my Hilton Honors. Should I stay at other hotels not related to Hilton in the future.

Being remodeled, understandable along with pandemic that many things not available. Room I finally got was nice. Front desk personnel did not know which rooms were clean or available. The third try was a charm and the room was comfortable.

Room was good for the price, the only downside was the coffee pot in the room didn’t work but they did offer free coffee in the lobby 🙂

A last minute, late night reservation while on a roadtrip. Expedia made it fast & easy. Hotel was perfectly fine... but considering curtailment of most normal amenities (including breakfast and access to the pool) caused by the pandemic, I wonder why room rates have not been adjusted accordingly(?) Check out was delayed, as there was no one at the counter at 11:30AM, prime check out hour. Perhaps a bit understaffed(?)

Great stay, a bit limited by Covid restrictions.

I had a long day of flights and wanted a familiar place to stay. I had an appointment the following day at UNC. I have stayed at this hotel before and had the same experience but I wanted to give it another try. The front desk attendant (night shift) was GREAT. I was awoken 3 times in the early morning hours by housekeeping attempting to enter my room, I told them each time I was not checking out until 12 every single time. This is unacceptable. And this is the 2nd time I've stayed here and this has happened. Other than the inconvenience of lack of sleep from getting there so late and being woke up by housekeeping every hour, it was a nice, comfortable, room.

I didn't end up staying at the hotel. After visiting 3 rooms, I was not happy and did not feel like they were in the condition to have guests. The floors were not clean, and there was a smell in the hotel upon arriving. Customer service/guest relations was very accommodating in helping us move room to room and even offering a discount but we just weren't satisfied. Also, they are under construction. The hotel is outdated and just didn't offer much.

We enjoyed our stay there. A little disappointed that nobody informed us the restaurant was closed but otherwose we had a great stay
