Found a live cricket and 2 water roaches in the room. The lobby smelled of onions abd curry. Check in staff was rude and when we checked out- the lobby was locked and no breakfast was available at 645 am

I am sad to say that this was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at a Super 8 by Wyndham again. First thing when we check in,go to room with our key, walk in; there is a guy laying in bed (thank goodness he had on clothes). That was his room, I said I am so sorry. We were just given this room. The look on his face. Went back up to office, told the lady working and she apologized and said the day shift did not mark the room occupied. I said well it definetly is. She said she would give us another room (a bigger suite at no charge) and would not charge me the $15.00 pet fee for my small dog. She was genuinely apologetic so I said thank you. I told her if this room was occupied, I was done. We went to the room,it was empty, nice, and clean. We left for dinner and came back to room. About 10:30 pm it got real loud outside our room and in parking lot, looked out and apparently there was a party going on of about 12-15 people. They got louder,drinking, cusing, having a good time; added music at 12:30 am; that went on until 4:00 am at least when we were finally able to sleep with tv on loud in our room. Saturday afternoon we decided we needed to check out, lost a night paid for; told man at desk about what happened, he said he was owner and he didn't care; they were guests like us. He had cameras on them so he saw what was going on and didn't care. I told him we would not be back and would report this and he again said he didn't care.

The incompetent front desk clerk charged for two reservations on my credit card for just one person and one night stay. I politely asked her to refund one of them and she refused to do it blaming Expedia for the mishap. After lengthy conversation the so-called manager her husband decided that at 11 o’clock in the evening I should get out of his property. I have no idea how they got them designation by Wyndham but this nightmare shouldn’t exist to begin with. Please save yourself time and the headaches just stay away from this nightmare. Worst situation that I have encountered in a long time. hotels.com should not promote their existence.

I have a disability and I asked for the 1st floor because i can not climb stairs easily but they said they had nothing but when i got back from dinner the bottom floor was empty. They claim they were reserved.

If maintaining pool, then lock access and tell guests at check in. Don"t ask guests to sign a liability waiver. Provide good customer service and pull cleaning machine out of pool and clean overnight

The room was clean, I like they have no carpet anymore, nice size fridge. the front desk needs a little more training in customer service somewhat rude people.

The AC was making a real loud noise the continental breakfast no one was there to provide anything there was cereal and bananas but no bowls Or spoons The door was hard to openIt was rubbing on the floor the people that owned it were very rude

staff was very great, nice clean rooms, beds was comfy. Breakfast was not served because of covid which i dont understand because all restaurants are open now and mask mandate has been lifted in texas
3 night stay. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was a little hard. Overall it was a decent hotel.
