Condition of apartment was livable though a bit dated eg. broken cabinet door. Cleanliness wasn’t the best as there were stains in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’. I was traveling when the complicated check in details were sent to me via WhatsApp. Finding WiFi to view checkin videos when traveling was a challenge. Caused much stress and anxiety. Bad experience. Will avoid booking the same accommodation with the same agent if possible.
