No amenities. AC unit made a loud whistling sound all night Trees are full of grackels and you have to wash your car daily Starbucks/Bar is rarely open "Courtyard" barely qualifies as such

We booked 2 nights originally and decided we needed to stay an additional 3 due to circumstances. The rooms were very nice, the staff was okay with the exception of Stella, who was amazing, sweet and kind. While the AC said 60 degrees the room was no where near that, we had to turn it down that low to get it to cool off. Out of the 5 nights we stayed, we had to get new key cards 3 of those because they wouldn't work, so back and forth we had to go to the office to get new key cards. The 4th day was the only day they cleaned the room and that is because we had to request it to be done. There was no breakfast, no happy hour and yet we paid full price for our stay. I was not impressed at all.

The hotel was wonderful. Clean. Comfy etc. However, It was a no refund room, and when we got there about 830 pm, the hotel had no record of our reservation. Wouldnt be a big deal, but we had already paid Hotels.com. We called hotels.com they called hotel, found out it was technical difficulties with hotels.com themselves. Took 3 hours to get straight. We had to get up early the next morning to get home. So we were out of that much rest. We were not offered anything but an apology from hotels.com. The hotel staff was remarkable tho!
