Service at the front desk was fantastic. The room however needed to be cleaner. It’s smelled really bad and the bathroom and floors should have been cleaner. The bed covers reeked like cigarette smell.

It’s not 5 star at the Hilton but it’s a nice place and fair price and it’s better than motel 6

THE ROOMS WERE NASTY, BEED WAS NASTY DIRTY SHEET WERE TOREN MATRRESS SPRINGS WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TUB WAS NASTY WATER DIDN'T COME OUT FULLLY HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE LAMP POST MCROWAVE LOOKED LIKE IT BLEW UP AND THE REFURBISHED IT SHEET WAS SMELLY .. NEVER AGAIN

Was not the cleanest place I visited but place seemed to be real busy. Some people were throwing parties in some rooms. I felt unsafe every time I looked out the window there was someone walking around looked very suspicious.

Upon arriving the room was not ready. Once the room was ready, it was extremely cold and never became warm after 2 hours of turning the heat to 80 degrees. We complained to the front desk and were told a maintenance guy will come to check out the heat. We waited for 30 min and no one showed. We contacted the front desk again and they offered a non-smoking room. I am a smoker and it was too cold to smoke outside. We requested a refund, however, we were told the manager will not be in until the following morning. We gave the room key back and checked out on 12/5/2020 at approximately 7:00p. We returned the next morning to speak with the manager for a refund and was told he was out for a week.

Nice place to crash on your road trip. I will definitely be willing to stay there again

There was no iron, no microwave, no coffee maker, no tissue paper box and not even a sinle complimentarywater bottle. The shower was clogged and was dirty like it has the mold. One of the towel was also dirty. I want to checked out in the morning, but there was no one in the lobby I knocked but no one answered. So I left the keys inside the room and later I called them and I let them know. If there check out is like that they should have mentioned it. I stayed for two nights, there was no room service in between those two days. So no more towels.

We were there for 5 nights. No extra tissue in the room. Called front desk. They said housekeeping was closed. But he said he’d come by in 30 minutes. So we purchased our tissue. The linen on the bed was stained. It looked realllly dirty. That was taken care of immediately. I’ve stayed at quite a few Red Roof Inns. Not like this one. People were lurking around all outside.

Room was beyond dirty, house keeping at bare minimal. I wiped off counters, full of dirt, I wiped up the floor so dirty I cleaned it. The bed seemed cleaned but bugs everywhere. Left.
