Very good location in terms of proximity to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque - less than 10 minute walk.
The room (economy triple) was spacious but a tight squeeze to open suitcases and the facilities were clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping.
We were disappointed with the lack of attention to service, for example, after a long flight and arrival in the early hours of the morning, we found there to be no drinking water available in the room or available apparently in the hotel. This left us to have to drink boiled kettle water.
Furthermore, on request of an iron, we were initially told it was broken and unavailable, and then the following morning they supplied us with an iron but no ironing board, which we had to return within an hour as another guest needed it. Ideally, there would be more than one iron for guests to use.
The toilet seat was far too small for the toilet, making it very uncomfortable to use. The room would also benefit from a clock.
Due to the great location, unfortunately we had to sleep with the windows closed as there was a lot of traffic noise in the early mornings. This meant that we slept with the AC on which resulted in us becoming ill.
Beds were very comfortable, but would have been helpful to have a bedside light switch.
All in all, service aside, the room was a great price and the cleanliness was also excellent.
