For this to be a wyndam hotel it is run down, staff was not happy with their job or did their job correctly, had people open our door at 10pm cause staff did not check us in properly. cut our stay short cause it was not a clean or safe place, wife went to use the hair dryer and it fell apart in her hand when she turned it on.

It is an older, but lower cost place. There were a few hairs in the tub, but otherwise it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was otherwise fine.

Dirty sheets
Wouldn't recommend. Although the front desk was accommodating, the sheets were not clean and there was hair on them. Our room's door had no latch, the door looked like it had been broken into. There was residue on all the tables. They couldnt even get morning coffee right, it was cold.

We have stayed at five hotels now on our trip from the West Coast to the East Coast. And, many of them were cheaper and yet so much nicer than this one?!?! We were most certainly surprised to find that in no way was this hotel anything like they portrayed it on hotels.com. It was run down. There was no pool. There was no fitness site. The front desk told us that they knew nothing of any of that! The stairs were rusted and had holes in them. The floors were not clean in the room. The walls were chipping in spots and needed painting. The black out draperies had mold. The showerhead was rusted. The toilet ran nonstop no matter what we did to try to fix it! We didn’t even get a small little hotel sized bar of soap. We got two small paper Dixie cups by the sink . And we got ragged worn out towels that I would’ve used to dust my house or dry my washed car!! We felt we had been duped!!! 😝

Pick someplace else
Lazy staff, room didn’t have shampoo or soap. Old paint peeling. Holes in rusty stairs. This place might need to be raised to fix.

Dirty and unsafe
I’ve been using Hotels.com for years and this by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. My toilet seat was on the floor. The place was dirty, there were seedy characters hanging out in front of my room making noise all night. There was also a pile of trash outside of my room My room stank and there was trash everywhere on the property. If I wasn’t so exhausted, I would have gone to another hotel. I had to move the desk in front of my door to feel safe.
