It was perfect.

The first room given to us was not prepared properly and drawers had used undergarments inside and missing towels. We were given another room in much better condition. Staff we met were very welcoming and friendly.

The rooms are small, but very clean. The location is perfect, but upon check in we were told we would not get the room type we booked as it was not honored on hotels.com. The manager was a bit rude about it. That was a bit disappointing, but overall it was ok! I would not stay at this location again.

Great location in midtown Manhattan. Good room size ,clean, with comfortable beds. Old water system, but overall good hotel. The only annoying thing is $25 per day facility fee, Just to use WIFI and business room.

The hotel has an excellent location, pleasant staff and comfortable and clean rooms. However, they had run out of roll away beds the night of our arrival (our 11 year old son was with us, and we had a King bed). While we did receive a bed the next day, we had requested additional blankets and pillows on our 2nd day, but were told they were running short. We never heard back, and had to call the front desk again the next day and asked for 2 blankets and 3 pillows. We received only one blanket and 2 pillows that night. The elevators are small and very slow, and the food was moderate, at best. We'd expected much better cuisine for such a highly rated- and priced- hotel.
