Positives - Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was good. Price was great! Negatives - Room thermostat didn't seem to regulate properly. The room was either super hot or super cold. It was never just right. We just had to change the thermostat once it got to hot or too cold so not something I would say would be a deal breaker. The bathroom lock didn’t work & the sink had a pretty bad leak under it. We did notify the staff and both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager came to try to fix it instead of a maintenance employee due to understaffing. They were not able to fix either issue as they indicated they did not have the right parts to fix it but they did offer to move us to a different room. We didn't move though as we were in a room next to our friends and didn't want to be separated so we just didn't lock the bathroom door and we put a bunch of towels under the sink where the leak was. Would have been nice to have been given or even offered a discount for the issues, as we were there for 5 days/4 nights, but we weren't. Negatives aside, I would definitely stay her again.

This place was close to perfection. Great area, wondeful customer service, cosey comfy room. Loved it and highly recommend it.

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious.

The stay was comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was paid ($6/day) and on-site. There are 3 exists, so it is pretty convenient to park your car closest to your room. We were surprised to see a charge for using the wifi ($4.95/day) even though Wifi is supposed to be free of charge here - when we called in to sort it out, we learnt that the wifi login page had some fine print about high-speed wifi that was chargeable. Breakfast was limited and the supplies ran short if you picked it up towards the end of their breakfast window (6:30am-9am). Overall a comfortable stay, would visit again.

I was most impressed with the staff here. Rebecca was so professional, welcoming and friendly to chat with. The manager did not hesitate to help me when I had issues with noise. The housekeepers were free with hellos and good morning. It made the stay feel warmer, even with snow and icy roads. I do not understand the paid/shared parking situation with the college. The school next door seemed empty and the parking was right along the hotel's building. Maybe they should revisit that policy, especially since there isn't security in the lot. Overall, I can tell that they take care to maintain the property and provide a positive experience. It would be nice to stay here without the Covid factor. The rooms are supposed to be empty for 24 hours between guests. I noticed this didn't seemed to always be followed. Maybe it was a communication breakdown with housekeeping? However, I do think the 24 hour commitment is an excellent selling point. I just hope they stick with it. Beyond that, I would recommend this property because the staff seems to genuinely care. I hope they get what they need, so they can be nothing short of All-Stars!

My stay was wonderful,peaceful, and quiet, I couldn’t ask for anything better!
