Great location. Place was clean and very comfortable. Great customer service. Owner and staff made sure everything was to our liking. Upstair pool and area were great to hang out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was small with limited space. The location was good. However, the highlight was the morning breakfast it was delicious. Probably my best out of 4 different hotels I stay in.

Nothing was unique, I think all could be better!!. A lot of kids crying , running all around the Property, not even a machine of snacks in the property, no Bottle of water in the Rooms, not good bath soap to get a shower, bad internet connection , To noise outside , you can’t sleep such well ! Thank you !!.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice too.

Nice place

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Tuparenda hotel for one night. The stay was really good. The hotel is within walking distance to the lagoon. The rooms are clean and have anything you would need. The shower has hot water with good pressure and the AC is great at chilling the room. The breakfast is really good with cereals, eggs of your choice, cheese, butter and pretty much everything. And if anything, you should stay here because of the owner who really helped us with everything from local recommendations to getting a taxi wherever. A charming person who let us feel welcome and at home.

Best hotel in Bacalar! Most amazing family owned hotel! The owner Francisco could not have been more helpful and caring during our stay. Great location, wonderful breakfast and a safe and comfortable place to call home during our stay in Bacalar! Would most definitely return and would recommend to everyone!
