For the price we paid (£100 for 2 nights) it was OK. Its a real shame though as this was probably once a majestic building but is now quite run down.
The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Liverpool, with a large car park right behind it.
The room was quite run down, hole in the bathroom door, stains on bathroom floor, part of bathroom missing eg towl rails that looked like they had been pulled off the wall. Bedside lamp broken and not working etc etc.
There were no valves to turn the radiator down so we had to sleep with the window open because the room was so hot, not very environmentally friendly and seems like madness with the cost of having the heating on at the moment!
So overall, central location and good for what we paid, but somewhat run down.
