We hadnt stayed at a hotel

i am so so mad , they charging $5 for wifi internet, will never stay there again

The front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I felt like they were in robot mode, checking people in and repeating each sentence to everyone in line. No personality or smiles. Breakfast was very disappointing. We stay in hotels often and this was definitely at the bottom for service and breakfast. The hotel it’s self is beautiful and I slept great! Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Room was mostly clean. Smudges on table and chairs...maybe food? Extra pillows for pull out bed were missing from wardrobe kit. Shower curtain was missing. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and likely will again despite minor issues. Front desk is always very friendly.

there was no cook to order breakfast or managers reception. we did get free parking.

Spent our honeymoon in the presidential suite and it was incredible! Great view, great service, made our honeymoon that much more enjoyable!

The hotel was nice and our room was very quiet. Kids loved the pool! Everything was very clean.

Great place to stay in Bellevue.

Cheapened all the amenities Not good Wu fi didn’t work Neither did the tv Very disappointed

Staff was friendly, room was clean. We waited to go into the pool while a large family (10+ people) were in there for more than 2 hours. Considering the max occupancy, it would have been nice if it were regulated a little better so more people would have an opportunity to get in the pool.
