Amazing location, amazing people, beautiful room. We had a wonderful time and we will surly be back to see the staff because they were just so good to us. They became like family and we are so grateful for them.

Tutti e bellissima! This is truly a family owned and operated hotel and they take excellent care of their guests from start to finish. This sort of outstanding family hotel service and genuine kindness is virtually unheard of in the USA which makes the Amalfi stay so special. They had someone meet me at my car as I arrived so they could carry my bags and walk me to the hotel. They also walked me to my car service at the end of my stay, to make sure that I was in good hands and properly on my way. They serve an extraordinary full breakfast each day which is home cooked and very fresh! DELICIOUS! ( you’ll love it) The room was clean, well equipped, stylish, comfortable and had a unique, upscale Italian design along with a balcony overlooking the charming cobblestone main street of Amalfi right below. The hotel location is excellent, in the center of Amalfi on their main walking street, only a few steps to all of the shops, restaurants, the quaint town square and the beaches. The owner Vincenzo and his mother in law were so kind and helpful in guiding me to all of the best places to see around town and in the area. A very friendly and helpful family in every way. All of the other guests seemed so pleased to stay in such a well run and friendly hotel. I’d definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend

Very nice accommodation, located right in the middle of everything in Amalfi. The lovely lady who greeted us spoke broken English, but was so upbeat and pleasant, she reminded us of a warm and caring Italian grandmother; wishing us a wonderful time in Italy. The suites were spacious and clean; we had a nice little balcony (which we could sit out on) overlooking the main shopping street; and basic Italian breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch. Would highly recommend for a great place to stay, with a very reasonable price.

Very nice family run place close to everything you would need in Amalfi. Vincenzo was very helpful with everything from parking to excursions.

Best stay in Amalfi!

This was the best place to stay on our visit in Amalfi coast! Residenza Luce is located in the center of Amalfi and it was very easy to find, right after the main piazza by the cathdral on the left side. Vincenzo and his mother-in-law was wonderful and helped us get to amazing beaches and activities around Amalfi. The breakfast was outstanding! We definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you visit Amalfi.
