I stayed alone for one night and did not require amenities or additional cleaning services. An in-room letter states that full cleaning services are provided every 7th day. The room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen with stovetop, no oven, decent cookware. No small saucepan or large spoons. My room did not have any towels inside the bathroom; however, there were three towels in the vanity area outside the bathroom. The staff seemed friendly and interested in ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Upon my arrival once inside my room it was extremely HOT! I adjusted the room temperature, But a couple of hours later I noticed the number continued to rise and reached to 83 degrees inside. The property manager came in and did somethings to the thermostat and changed the battery and said it should cool down. Well that wasn’t the case, it then continued to get hotter where as the icing on our cupcakes for my small children began to melt that’s how hot is was. I then called down to the front desk again and at that time I were giving an option to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I then asked if they knew of this why put me in that room. The manager of the property replied that she wasn’t sure why the front desk gave me that particular room. Then I had a few family members come by to hangout and they were harassed repeatedly about staying confined in the room and not leaving for whatever reason after nine pm. I asked where in their policy does it state the rules of being forced or held against visitors discretion to be confined to your room at a certain time. As I asked be shown this in their guidelines and regulations,let’s just say that they couldn’t or didn’t provide any information that stated any claims. I asked to be refunded since I were having such a terrible experience, I were told NO!!!! There’s so much more that I could write about my stay, level of comfort, fairness and racially bias but I’ll conclude my experience at the point!

Quiet residence, clean and good location. I did not realize patients and family members stay at this hotel.

Good service! It could include a better breakfast (as the one in Miami).

Layout of room was nice, bed comfortable and the room had a little kitchen area. Breakfast was good.

I liked the design of the rooms and the view was very wonderful everything was good

Terrible !! Saturday night the fire alarm went off and forced everyone outside into the rain. We have a child with autism who was asleep and it completely wrecked his night. To make it worse we got back inside and after settling down it went off again! Things happen and that’s understandable, however we received no apology on check out, no offer for a discount the room. Nothing! I even checked out with the hotel manager. I was not looking for a free stay, but acknowledge that I paid you a good sum of money for a service you didn’t provide. If you order food and it came out cold you’d return it. Have the decency to acknowledge you didn’t uphold your part of the agreement! That’s why I have a low rank.
