Our family had booked a room with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed. Upon check-in, we found only the king-size bed in the room. My husband went down to the reception. The staff said they would bring a single bed to the room, so my husband returned to the room. However, when the staff arrived, she only had a single bed linen and said that she couldn't install the bed because the room didn’t have one. She told us we would need to switch rooms. My husband went back down to the reception again. They said a room with an extra bed was available, but it would take time to set up the single bed, and we would need to wait. There was no apology. We had to wait for the new room to be ready, which was already past 11 PM. After the new room was prepared, my husband had to go down to the reception once more to return the key to the original room. Only then did they apologize, but when he expressed his frustration, they told him to leave a review if he was unhappy. I am in disbelief over the poor service attitude and incompetent management, as they didn't even know which room had which bed setup. Truly disappointing.
