Loved, Loved, Loved this hotel!!!
I was extremely pleased with this hotel! My sister and I normally stay in Golden on our return from skiing each year, but decided to stay by the airport due to early flights. I was worried the hotels in the area would be subpar, but I was so happy with everything about our room, the check-in experience and the decor of the lobby area. Everything seems so fresh and clean. We didn't have time to check out the restaurant or bar, but will definitely stay here again, so hopefully we'll do that next time!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We checked out of our fancy hotel into Hyatt Place because our flight was cancelled due to weather and we had to extend our trip a week. To our surprise the Hyatt house was less inexpensive, with more amenities with the same great quality and modern decor.

I can’t believe I paid $200 for this
Our flight, like many others, was cancelled due to the snow storm. That left us scrambling for overnight accommodations in Denver. As usual, Hotels.com made easy work of it, but the hotel was woefully unprepared for the uptick in stranded travelers. When we arrived, there was a long line to check in. Only one person was working the desk and it would take 15 minutes to check in one person. A co-worker of some sort eventually showed up but did not check in a single person. We decided to get some food while we waited but there was one person working the bar/restaurant and he was taking orders, cooking, and serving I’m pretty sure. When we finally checked in, our keys didn’t work, so back to the desk for new ones. When finally in the room, there were no wash cloths or body wash, just and single small bar of hand soap for three of us. I couldn’t call to ask for more because the phone didn’t work so back to the desk. There were no wash cloths to be found but I did get a couple more bars of soap. I can’t believe I paid $200 for this.

The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Our flight had been cancelled, and we were not able to check in early. They supposedly had no where to store our luggage (we later found out they did), so we had to sit in the lobby for hours waiting with it. Also, they had no wash clothes or hand towels in the rooms. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with no wash clothes. Last issue was that the room didn’t seem super clean.

Won't EVER stay here again
Tv and phone didnt work (was phone not wiped down? Housekeeping should have caught that). Front desk was EXTREMELY rude when i called about getting these things fixed. Covid-19 guidelines weren't being inforced. Could not get ahold of manager until after check out time... Don't waiste your money here!

I was flying to Nirth Dakota from Cali and my connecting flight got delayed until the next day so I had to stay the night in Denver! I picked the Hyatt Pena because it seemed to be the best one. I was very happy with my choice.
