Property is decent but can be more clean and safe.
I got bites all over my back and legs from the hotel. The refrigerator didn't work nor could it be replaced as maintenance was not on duty. Walking barefoot in the room I got stuck with a nail that went inside the heel of my foot and been having pain since.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was nice so we booked to stay fir the rv show. The lady at the front desk was wonderful but that is were it ends. The first roomwe were sent to was no smoking but smelt so bad of smoke it was aweful. I do not have any breathing issues and it was tough to breath. It was disgustingly dirty. Lady at frint desk sent us to another room wich was even worse. Had ashed everywhere, thermostat smashed. Lady atfront desk was very nice and refunded us our money and we went to hotel next door. It was more expensive but so worth it.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. Room was less than $100. Courtyard, and pool are very nice. Rooms not clean, one hall smells like smoke so badly it is yucky. Obvious cleaning rooms is not a priority. I had 3 rooms and they all were disappointingly dirty. They actually do not have breakfast as advertised.

Don’t waste your time
Stay was so overrated the pictures that was used was from google. Television didn’t work. Smelled like cigarettes when you walk in. Communication was okay could’ve been better. Overall was a 2.5

Refund request
I would like a refund for this reservation. We checked In, went out for dinner and came back to the room. We opened the daybed and found hair, a clipper and bigs crawling all over. The room was filthy! We had to book another hotel at 10.30 at night and leave with exhausted kids! When asked for a refund the staff told us to contact hotels.com. I’ve been trying to reach hotel.comvia phone but have unable to do so.
