This hotel is a little below basic. It serves for a place to sleep, relatively clean sheets and comfortable bed. There are markings all over the room and you can tell they do the most basic housekeeping possible. The pool was dirty (even after we saw maintenance working on it). Air conditioning had poor circulation so we had to sleep with only the top sheet. An issue we ran into was brown splatter (which they later claimed was grease…?) on the bathroom door, shower curtain, and below the mirror in the bathroom. We alerted the front desk man who said nothing could be done until the following day when maintenance came back. They promised a new room after discussions, which ended up not happening and cleaned it by spraying something over it and changing the shower curtain. This left us in a fume filled room where we just tried to get through the rest of the time there. The most redeeming part of this hotel was the nice trees in the walkway and the lake with ducks around the side.

I love this hotel. It is beautiful with a neighboring pond and gorgeous garden patio area. Navigating was confusing the first morning exiting into the patio area but soon got my bearings. My room was amazing! I loved having a real eating area and bed away from the door. The only feedback I gave when checking out was about mopping the floors. My socks and bottom of feet were literally black and I'd just bathed so my feet were clean. When the front desk understood it was not my making a mess but the floors condition at arrival he was very professional thanking me for the feedback and he would let housekeeping know. The breakfast was fine but I could not partake as a diabetic. Mostly refined carbs although those waffles being made smelled delicious! There was a lower sugar yogurt. I typically am prepared with my own proteins. The microwave and refridgerator were both clean and working. I would stay here again without hesitation.

THIS FAMILY ORIENTED HOTEL IS A COMPLETE MESS THE WHOLE FAMILY STAY ON PROPERTY AND STARE AT YOU WITH WEIRD LOOKS 😐😶 I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLLARS HERE TO STAY UNTIL MY PLACE GOT READY AND I WAS DID DGIRTY IN THE END ALLL ABOUT CAHNCELLATUION FEES I GOT PUT OUT AFTER PAID THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS BULL IF U ASK ME I HAVE BOOKED PLENTY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST ONE THEY NIC PIC AND BOTHER YOU ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING VERY VERY HARASSING ANYHOW NEVER AGAINH THAO PLACE OS HORRIBLE MY CARD ALSO MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR $100.00 AFTER THE FACT AFTER I SPENT$1,318.00 DOLLARS WELL WELL OVER MORE THAN THAT BUT LAST BOOKING I SPENT BIG $250.00 FOR ONE NIGHT THEY ROB FOLKS HERE NOT CONSIDERING THE FACT I MADE A HONEST MISTAKE WITH CANCELLATIONS AND PERSON KNOWING MY SITUATION I FEEL LIKE SPENDING THE KIND OF MONEY I SPENT I COULD HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER.

When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. It took 10 minutes before someone came down from what seemed like their residence. Then, after seeing 3 of us, they didn’t offer sheets for the pullout. We had to go back to the office twice to get a larger sheet and ask for help with the sofa that didn’t pullout properly. No customer service or hospitality skills! The lobby was redone so it looked okay but everything seemed gilded. Just cheaply renovated or painted.

The room was quaint and doable. I know it is my fault but I accidentally left an entire outfit of clothes in the bathroom. When I realized this two days later and called hotel they stated nothing had been found. Really? I’m disappointed that my personal items were taken apparently by hotel staff and I’m certain they had my phone number they could’ve reached out to me to notify me of my mistake. At least give me the opportunity to come back and get it which I was able to the very next day before you take peoples’ personal items. It wasn’t just a hair tie or a missing sock, it was a whole outfit :(

The walls and floor were dirty as if they havent ever been cleaned. There were cracks in the floor in the loft where the bed was. Check-in was easy and the person was nice. The property is cute. However, there was no lock on the balcony door so that was scary.
