The pool was open but spa was broken, which was disappointing. Looked nice! Microwave didn’t work but they brought us a new one right away. Room (suite) is quite spacious and comfortable.

I was extremely disappointed that since the attached restaurant was closed that there was NOTHING for your guests to eat in the early morning. Even w Covid concerns, you should have had packaged breakfast food, coffee and juice boxes. We travel to PDX often and likely won’t stay again until this is changed.

We stayed the weekend so we could visit family. The room as okay but the bed was terrible and the bathroom was not clean. The next we requested the room to be cleaned and to leave more toilet paper. The cleaning staff did not clean our room but did use our toilet (gross!) I will never ever stay at the Shilo Inn again! Very unhappy!

Overnight stay before an early morning flight. Booked the room because I knew the suites are nicely sized and the shuttle service is good. Little things that were negative...only given 1 room key despite 3 people checking in to room (and I wasn't asked if I wanted more keys); only 2 bath towels in the room despite a reservation for 3 people; carpet and furnishings are getting tired. The good: The hotel was smoke free and smelled that way (no hints of smoke as other reviews have mentioned). The shuttle service started at 4 am. The driver was prompt and pleasant. The room pricing was a good value and the main reason I chose this hotel.

when I first arrived, there was no bell for me to ring and the guest service person was back in the office the entire time. Once I checked in, She had us assigned to a King suite but my reservation was for 4 people. So, I got back to the front desk and there were other guests waiting but of course, just stood there because there was no way for them to reach the staff. After she switched me to a double queen, one bedframe was broken and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken as well. I was too tired by this point to deal with another room change so we just slept and check out first thing in the morning. Sadly, we used to like staying there. this would have been our 5th trip within the last 2 years to this location

Dresser drawers filthy w/ prior guests belongings still in drawers, large spider in bathroom, no TV in living room area, no light bulb in lamp in living room area, not enough towels, AC not working well, Front Desk folks nice and cordial.
