Terrible front desk check-in and room arrangement experience, I stayed in Akra for 1night. (sea view room)
I remember that I went to check in around 2:30, a female staff who called “Simon”(I don’t rmb the exactly name) served me . She start copying my passport and make the check in process , after 5 minutes she told me “not ready”, Due to accent problem, I have to listen 2,3 times to understand what she say, I tried to gently ask her to say it again, I keep saying I’m sorry , pardon could you please say it again .. etc.
And she ask me : do speak English? (With Impatience face expression and sound). of course I DO!! Are you kidding me ? I don’t get it coz your accent .......
After I enjoyed my lunch in the hotel restaurant like 1hour, I check in again and she arranged me a DISABLE sea view room in 1F!
I am speechless with this , you should leave this room for someone who really need this disable facilities room but not me , I do appreciate a hotel has a room specially for disable , this is my 1st time to live in this kind of room ( no shower curtain is so inconvenient , blocked half view because of planets, no towel hanger in toilet... etc )
Last but not least, Hotel facilities is good, “Guest experience “ desk staff is helpful, breakfast is amazing.
