First off when I got there I was too it was only for 18-30 year olds as they were a Backpackers. (Have stayed In no's before and this not always the case) Second when I told them that I already had a booking that was paid for, they said that they only use booking.com and not heard about you. Had to show confirmation 5 times. Finally found someone that decided to help as they were not going to honour the booking and said to find somewhere else to stay. Put my foot down then made them look at there bookings. Name was not there. Finally they said I could stay the night if I gave $25.00 cash only. Made me sign an agreement that if late checkout they keep it. Thought it said breakfast no such thing was available. Paid for a six bed and was put in a 8 bed after showing them booking once again. So got ripped there. There was a crinkled up, worn out piece of paper on the inside of the door that stated they would take $20.00 out of the bond if they found food or drink in the room. It was hard to see as screwed up and no light. We were using our phones as torches. In summery it has let your company down and they are out to rip off the young people there. If they had of refused to pay my money back the police would have been called. Only booked as low on funds.
