Very nice room. Excellent breakfast good customer Service also the location. Is a Metro station one block From the hotel.. next time I’m in Porto I’m definitely Staying in this hotel..

Let's start with the good. New property & very clean. Then it goes down hill since I believe they are all amateurs. Room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. The breakfast is total mad house. Not enough staff, tables are too small, as is the room. Nobody clears the dirty dishes so you have to wait for a table until they do. The toaster is a particular problem. Way too hot, could start a fire some day... Breakfast buffet menu was just average. Maid never made up the room the first day. Had to call them at 5 PM to come do that. She forgot to leave bath towels which we didn't notice until the next morning, had to call front desk and wait 10 minutes for delivery. I asked for facial tissue (Kleenex), they do not supply that. Had to use toilet paper. Also, no note pad or pen in room. They gave us one scrap of paper to write on when we asked at the front desk. The hotel is not centrally located in downtown. You can walk 3 blocks to the Metro or take an Uber (very, very cheap in Porto), get anywhere. Good thing we don't spend much time in a hotel when we travel, like to be out and about. There was nothing there to stay in for after breakfast.

A small property located in a quiet neighborhood. Not exactly walking distance to major attractions but only a few minutes by taxi or Uber. Very basic amenities. Breakfast was surprisingly quite enjoyable. Small but complete selection. Staff were quite friendly and helpful esp the male night shift attendant whose name i neglected to get.

New and clean. Comfortable beds, good shower Friendly staff

Hotel 100% recomendable, instalaciones nuevas, personal atento y buffet del desayuno muy bueno.

Não tinha nenhuma opção de comida, ou para pedir snacks, no período da noite. É um hotel um pouco longe do centro histórico, 30 minutos andando a pé. Café da manhã é excelente, acomodações, limpeza e atendimento dos funcionários também muito bons.

c'est la deuxième fois que je viens à cet hôtel et c'est toujours un plaisir !
